Owners Matthew and Misty Yates are from Prescott, Arkansas. Matthew took an early direction into the trade and through college became a licensed HVAC technician. He began his career by working for two HVAC companies before starting his own business. With Misty's strong background in customer service and leadership the young couple created Yates Maintenance. They have continued their education in leadership and continued specialty training in HVAC and indoor air quality.
The company was built strictly on referrals, and 11 years later they still serve their first clients today! The Yates team believes their customers are loyal because of their commitment to honesty and transparency on every job they take.

Yates Maintenance serves clients from several stages of life, from first time home buying to new home building. They work with builders, homeowners, and both large and small facility owners. Although the business is growing Matthew is still out in the field every day and enjoys working alongside our team members. Misty divides her time between managing the office and financial aspects of the business and homeschooling their two daughters. Every decision we make is filtered through what we stand for as a business and family - Integrity and Honesty First.
